A very early start for this one so I just had time for a piece of toast before we left. My husband is a Portsmout fan and we were meeting some of his friends there. He’s been unsuccessful at finding any vegan food, so we arranged to meet at Gunwharf, which is a retail outlet and has all the usual chain restaurant suspects there. We ended up in Strada where I had a cheeseless pizza with tomato, artichokes, capers and herbs, which I doused liberally with chilli oil. It was very nice.
Result – Portsmouth 0 – Everton 0 Man of the Match – Tim Howard
Verdict – Moderately lucky Strada
