I’ve mentioned before that I love savoury, salty breakfasts. This is one of my favourites, taken from VWAV. It couldn’t be more simple – onion, garlic, chinese 5 spice, sweet potato, and watercress. You could serve it as part of a spread or as a side vegetable but I love a great big dish of it just as it is. Perfect for slumped in front of the Football First extended highlights of yesterday’s match!
