Oh my word! I’d been wanting to try this recipe for ages. I waited until my husband was out because I knew he’d be extremely suspicious of eating any salad at all, let alone one which contained silken tofu. I was a little suspicious of that part myself. I made it just as is but as I was eating it as a main course I added some avocado and cooked broad beans. It was really delicious and I will definitely be making it again. Not a hint of claggy silken tofu at all!
